CANCELLING

Cancellation within 24 hours will result in loss of your booking fee. If you need to cancel please let me know before hand. If you cancel before 24 hours you are eligible to reuse the deposit 1 more time with the same deposit.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule, please let me know atleast 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling under 24 hours a $20 fee will be charged. Deposit can be used for 2 reschedules if needed.
Rescheduling more than twice will result in a rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling a month after cancelling your appointment will result in a new non refundable deposit required and the old deposit will no longer go towards your total.
LATE

If you are 15+ minutes late a $20 fee will be charged on top of your service.
if you are 30 minutes late a $40 fee will be charged on top of your service.
If you are more than more than 35 minutes late to your appointment with no communication the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no show and you will lose your deposit. 

NO SHOW

If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment it will be considered a no show and your deposit will be forfeited and aswell as a fee to rebook.

A non refundable deposit is required to schedule your service. This deposit will go towards your total amount.
COURSE PAYMENTS

A non refundable deposit is required to secure a training date and order all supplies needed for your training. This deposit will go towards your total. All future payments for course and kit are non refundable.
PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING

Our products are non refundable. In the case where a product is damaged or broken, we will review the case and give a solution.
If the wrong address was given, a new shipping fee will be required
